Red Bean Dip

Red Bean Dip

Place in a blender:

2-15 oz low or no sodium kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 whole Roma tomatoes, canned or fresh
1/2-3/4 c tomato or vegetable juice
8 t Tapatio hot sauce, adjust for taste
1 T granulated onion
2 t granulated garlic
1 1/4 t sea salt
Blend smooth, adjust salt to taste. Pour into saucepan to warm through. Serve!
